The apple orchard in Vermont was Sorrow Lovegood's whole world-- until her sister Patience's tragic death. Sorrow was sent to Miami to live with her father, away from the only home she'd ever known. Now, eight years later, Sorrow's memories of her life in Vermont are hazy. She returns to the orchard for the summer, determined to learn more about her childhood and the family she left behind.
