Description
When a string of mysterious deaths occur after they move to a coastal California town, teenagers Mike and Sam become convinced that their new home is overrun with vampires; when a surfer and his sister discover that vampires roam the town of Luna Bay, they enlist the help of a vampire hunter to destroy the creatures; when a vampire makes plans to turn partying teenagers in a small town into vampires, the Frog Brothers show up to try to destroy him.
